Avenger Security provides commercial fire alarm design and installation, UL-listed central station monitoring, annual inspections, repairs, cellular and IP communicator upgrades, panel replacement, permitting assistance, and Austin Fire compliance support.
We help property owners, facility managers, general contractors, and businesses throughout Austin, Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Waco, Temple, Killeen, Buda, and San Marcos determine what their system actually needs—without automatically recommending complete replacement when a repair, communicator upgrade, inspection, or documentation correction may solve the problem.
A commercial fire alarm system may involve design, plans, permits, installation, programming, monitoring, annual testing, repairs, documentation, and eventual modernization. Avenger Security can evaluate the full system and help route the project to the correct service instead of treating every request as the same problem.
Our work supports new construction, tenant improvements, existing systems, monitoring takeovers, failed inspections, unresolved panel troubles, obsolete communication paths, and projects requiring coordination with the local Authority Having Jurisdiction.

24/7 Fire Alarm Signal Supervision
Fire alarm monitoring connects the protected premises to trained central station operators who receive and process alarm, supervisory, trouble, and restoration signals. When a qualifying alarm signal is received, the central station follows the approved emergency dispatch and notification procedures for the account.
A dual-path Napco StarLink Fire communicator may be included with a qualifying two-year monitoring service agreement. System compatibility, installation scope, permitting, and AHJ requirements must be evaluated before activation.

Repair Before Unnecessary Replacement
A failed smoke detector, damaged notification appliance, weak battery, ground fault, communication failure, or isolated circuit problem may be repairable. We first verify the reported condition, determine what portion of the system is affected, and evaluate compatible repair or replacement options before recommending complete modernization.
Failed initiating devices, damaged horn/strobes, NAC faults, batteries, wiring problems, communicator failures, and certain interface issues may be corrected without replacing the entire system.
Obsolete panels, unavailable replacement parts, incompatible field devices, repeated failures, insufficient capacity, or major renovation work may justify panel replacement or phased modernization.
Permit and plan-review requirements depend on the scope of work, the existing system, Texas requirements, and the determination of the local Authority Having Jurisdiction.
