Technical Work
Standard Technical Hourly
$95.00 / hour
1-hour minimum; billed in 30-minute increments thereafter.
- Light tool work & wiring adjustments
- Configuring & programming equipment/software
- Routine service beyond a simple reset
Heavy Labor
Extreme Conditions & Heavy Labor
$165.00 / hour
1-hour minimum; billed per time onsite.
- Pulling new wire runs
- Attic / crawlspace work or similar difficult environments
- Running conduit and other labor-intensive tasks
Billing & Policies

| Minimums | Standard Technical and Heavy Labor services have a 1-hour minimum. |
| Billing Increments | After the first hour on Standard Technical service, time is billed in 30-minute increments. |
| Scope Changes | If a visit begins as a Standard Service Call but requires technical or heavy labor, the rate will adjust accordingly (with technician confirmation before proceeding). |
